9.2 Telephone
Directory
The computerized Telephone Directory
can automatically store and alphabetically sort up to
forty entries.
To enter the Telephone Directory
Press the
Alice
hot key and from the
Alice Main
menu press Alt+1 (on the numeric keypad). A
sample screen is illustrated below.

Use arrow keys to move cursor to desired field. Press ENTER to update.
HOT KEY - EXIT. ALT 0 - Return to Main Menu. ALT D - Delete entry

To operate the Telephone Directory
1. Enter your five-digit session lock password (if that feature was enabled).
2. Use the Arrow keys to move the cursor to the
name
field, type the name and use the Tab
key to move to the
Phone
field.
3. Enter the phone number and press Enter to save the data and access the next
Name
field.
4. Use the following keys to modify data, save and return to the active session.
