Fault repair
If the failure happens during operation, please perform the following
checks. If the failure cannot be eliminated or the product is still not ideally
operated, please cut off the power to professional and technical person-
nel for maintenance. Please do not disassemble this product!
Strength adjustment:
Press the switch key 2 times in a short way contin-
uously, you will hear the voice prompt “you have entered the strength
adjustment mode”. Right hand slides to switch the function mode toward
the right (or the left front) side, massage strength changes from Gear1-5,
the greater the number is, the greater the strength will be. Stop operation
for 10 seconds and then exit strength adjustment mode.
Volume adjustment:
press the switch key 3 times continuously in a short
way, and you will hear the voice prompt “you entered the volume
adjustment mode”. Right hand slides the function mode switch key
toward the right (or left front) side, volume change from Gear 1-5, the
greater the number is, the greater the volume will be. Stop operation for
10 seconds and then exit volume adjustment mode.
Bluetooth connection:
Open your phone or computer Bluetooth to
search for Bluetooth device. You can find Bluetooth device “Intelligent AI
Eye Massager”; Click to complete the pairing and you’ll be able to play
music via Bluetooth.
