9.1.1
type error codes
In the event of a disruption, the control panel displays a message and a
corresponding code.
1. Make a note of the code displayed.
The code is important for the correct and rapid diagnosis of the type
of malfunction and for any technical assistance that may be needed.
2. Disconnect then reconnect the mains power cable. The appliance will
only resume operation when the malfunction has been resolved.
3. If the code is displayed again, resolve the problem by following the
instructions in the table below.
If the causes of the problem are still present after several attempts
at automatic start-up, the appliance goes into "Lockdown" mode
(also called "Malfunction").

nection.
Check that the back-up is not permanently actu
ated.
The room temperature is above 35 °C. The com
pressor is outside of its operating range.

recommendations in the manual.
The compressor will ensure production of do
mestic hot water once the room temperature is
below 35 °C.
The room temperature is less than - 5 °C

The compressor will ensure production of do
mestic hot water once the room temperature ex
ceeds -5 °C.
The bottom DHW temperature sensor is not
