CARE
• Always preheat your cookware and use low to medium high heat when cooking
food. This helps with the life of the non-s*ck ceramic surface. Prehea*ng
requires oil, water or food to be in the pan. Hea*ng without oil, water or food
may cause damage to the pan or nons*ck coa*ng.
• This cookware is dishwasher safe on the top rack, hand washing is
recommended and will prolong the cookware’s beauty and nons*ck surface.
• Allow your cookware to cool before submerging into water.
• Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners.
• Never use metal utensils on any nons*ck surface. It is recommended that you
use tools made of nylon, plas*c, wood or melamine.
• Do not scratch the non-s*ck ceramic surface or cut directly on your cookware.
• Always use extreme cau*on when handling hot cookware and keep out of reach
of children at all *mes.
• The Dual Handle Pan, fry basket and steam basket are oven safe up to 450°F.
The lid is oven safe up to 400°F.
• The cookware is compa*ble with induc*on, ceramic, electric (including glass),
radiant coil and gas stovetops.
• Do not use the cookware in a microwave.
• Do not let handles of cookware extend over a hot burner. Doing so may cause
the handle to become hot or cause damage. Always use oven mi[s or
potholders when handling hot cookware.
Fry Basket Instruc*ons
• Place the fry basket inside the pan with the
handles on the outside of the pan. See image.
• Once frying has finished with potholders (not
included) li^ the fry basket out of the pan using
the handles and drain the liquid.
• Note: The basket will be extremely hot, use
cau*on.
Steam Basket Instruc*ons
• Place on the top of the pan, there should always be liquid in the pan to help
create steam throughout the cooking process.
• Do not steam without liquid in the pan as this can damage the coa*ng and the
pan.
• This basket can be used to steam vegetables and fish.
