When a blackout is detected, all the GENSET controllers in SEMI mode are changed to AUTO mode.

The blackout recovery sequence first tries to restore power by closing the bus tie
breaker, then connecting gensets, before trying to close the shaft generator breaker.
The sequence tries to connect the shaft generator before trying to connect to the
shore connection.
For a SHORE connection controller, configure this parameter under
Configure > Parameters > Local power management >
