Do not leave the machine
with the close buttons
pressed down when it is
not in use. The seals could
become worn and the
plugged-in machine could
turn on inadvertently.
If the seals are damaged,
contact the manufacturer to get
the seals replaced. These are
considered to be consumables
and are not covered by
warranty.
IMPORTANT
When using the NutriVac with foods containing water or liquid
• The NutriVac is not protected against liquid penetration. Use a kitchen
towel to remove moisture or place cling film around the food before
vacuum packing
• Refrigerate the liquid foods before vacuum packing them in the bags to
prevent the risk of them being sucked up by the pump
• To make it easier to pack liquids, use NutriBox boxes rather than
NutriBag bags. NutriBox boxes have been specifically designed for this
purpose
When you use the NutriVac with foods containing powder. The powder
can be sucked into the NutriVac
• Powdered products or grains must be wrapped in a napkin before
being vacuum packed to avoid the risk of being sucked up by the
pump
