NOTICE:
To prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD), hold the card in your hand before you insert
or remove the card. Do not touch the SIM card connectors.

Turn the computer upside-down with the front of the computer facing you.
3.
Ensure that the battery is removed (see
158H
Before Working Inside Your Computer).
4.
With the cut-off corner on the card facing away from the card compartment, insert the SIM
card into the compartment (as shown) so that it slides under the metal bracket on the sides.
5.
Replace the battery and battery cover.

periodically touching a connector on the back panel of the computer.

To avoid damaging the system board, you must remove the main battery before you
begin working inside the computer.
