Replacing the Cooling Assembly

Procedure
1
Align the screws on the cooling assembly with the screw holes on the
system board.
2
Tighten the captive screws that secure the cooling assembly to the system board.
3
Connect the fan cable to the system board.
4
Connect the display cable to the system board.
5
Route the display cable through its routing guide on the fan.

Replace the base cover. See "Replacing the Base Cover" on page 29.

Replace the keyboard. See "Replacing the Keyboard" on page 26

Replace the hard drive. See "Replacing the Hard Drive" on page 21.
