What if I cannot log into RoadNotes?
Problem: I cannot log into RoadNotes.
Solution: Check to see if the Caps Lock or Num Lock are activated.
Your passwords are case sensitive. If these functions are activated, you think you are
typing in the correct password or user ID, but in fact, you are not.
How to check: Once you open your laptop and start it up, look in the small display
window just above the keyboard. Look for these icons
If they are illuminated, this means the caps lock and/or numbers lock is ON. They
should be OFF.
To turn off the caps lock key, strike the Caps Lock key once. The indicator should
disappear.
To turn off the num lock key, strike the NumLk/ScrLk key once. The indicator should
disappear.
Refer to the diagram below if you are unsure where these keys are located on the
keyboard.
