advertise dcbx-tlv
On a DCBX port with a manual role, configure the PFC and ETS TLVs advertised to DCBX peers.
Syntax
advertise dcbx-tlv {ets-conf | ets-reco | pfc} [ets-conf | ets-
reco | pfc] [ets-conf | ets-reco | pfc]
To remove the advertised ETS TLVs, use the
no advertise dcbx-tlv
command.
Parameters
{ets-conf | ets-
reco | pfc}
Enter the PFC and ETS TLVs advertised, where:

ets-conf:
enables the advertisement of ETS
configuration TLVs.
•
ets-reco:
enables the advertisement of ETS
recommend TLVs.
•
pfc:
enables the advertisement of PFC TLVs.
Defaults
All PFC and ETS TLVs are advertised.

Information
You can configure the transmission of more than one TLV type at a time; for
example:
advertise dcbx-tlv ets-conf ets-reco
.
You can enable ETS recommend TLVs (
ets-reco
) only if you enable ETS
configuration TLVs (
ets-conf
). To disable TLV transmission, use the
no
form of
the command; for example,
no advertise dcbx-tlv pfc ets-reco
.
DCBX requires that you enable LLDP to advertise DCBX TLVs to peers.
Configure DCBX operation at the INTERFACE level on a switch or globally on the
switch. To verify the DCBX configuration on a port, use the
show interface
dcbx detail
command.
bandwidth-percentage
Configure the bandwidth percentage allocated to priority traffic in port queues.
Syntax
bandwidth-percentage
percentage
To remove the configured bandwidth percentage, use the
no bandwidth-
percentage
command.
