Troubleshooting Guide:
1.
Abnormal sound coming out of the speaker.
i.
Ensure that the DIN jack is properly inserted or not loose.
ii.
Unplug and plug the DIN cable to make sure it is fully
seated.
iii.
Try to adjust the volume level Up and Down.
iv.
Observe if the abnormal noise will change along side with
the volume level.
v.
Check if the speaker is properly seated on the monitor
stand.

Check the computer Volume Balance setting by doing the following
steps:

Check the computer Volume Balance setting by doing the
following steps:
i.
Right Click the speaker icon.
ii.
Select Playback devices.
iii.
Right Click Default Playback devices and select Properties.
iv.
Select Levels and click Balance. The L and R value must be
the same.
