Resetting following a thermal cut off
If the disposer is in operation for a long time,
the disposer will automatically be stopped by
the thermal cut off function to prevent damage
to the internal mechanism.
If this is the case, the disposer needs to cool
down for 2.5 hours at room temperature.
TURN OFF DISPOSER
1.
by air switch or wall
switch and disconnect power supply.
Once the disposer has cooled, remove
2.
the rubber switch cover and gently push
the red reset button on disposer side to
reset the disposer.
Then connect the power supply. Your
3.
disposer should now be ready to
operate.
IF THE DISPOSER REMAINS INOPERABLE, CALL
THE DE’LONGHI CONSUMER HELPLINE.
