Adjust the walking stick to
the correct height
ATTENTION!
1. Remove the packaging material.
2. Press the pin (5) on the walking stick in and
pull out the telescopic shaft (2) to a
comfortable height.
3. The telescopic shaft must snap audibly into
the chosen position. It is only properly in place
when the pin can be seen again through the
size adjustment hole in the walking stick (6).
When the walking stick cannot be snapped
into place immediately, pull the telescopic
shaft out further until it snaps into place.
Securing the walking
stick in place (figure B)
Turn the locking band (7) clockwise to secure
the shaft in position. Turn the locking band anti-
clockwise to loosen the shaft.
Extending the spike (figure C)
Minimise the risk of falling by extending the anti-
slip spike in icy conditions or on snow.
Important: you must feel the lever snap
(9) into place.
Warning!
• Immediately retract the spike (10) if
you are indoors or on a smooth
and/or slippery surface (tiles, glazed
tiles, marble, wood, etc.). The spike is
not suitable for such surfaces.
Retracting the spike
To retract the spike, press the lever gently left-
ward then upward.
Storage
Store the walking stick at room temperature in a
dry location when not in use. Retract the spike
when not in use.
Cleaning
WARNING!
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaners or
sponges. This may damage the surfaces.
1. When needed, wipe the walking stick with a
slightly damp cloth and if necessary with a
mild detergent.
2. Then dry the walking stick completely before
using it again.
