fied with your new piece of equipment.

General Information

1.  Unless otherwise specified, high-strength  (grade 5) (3 radial-line head markings) hex head bolts are used through-

out assembly of this piece of equipment.

2.  Whenever the terms 

“LEFT”

 and 

“RIGHT”

 are used in this manual it  means from a position behind the Kar-Kaddy and 

facing forward.

3.  When placing a parts order, refer to this manual for proper part numbers and place order by

Reporting Safety Defects

If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you should im-

mediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying Demco Manufac-

turing Company (DEMCO).
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an investigation, and if it finds that a safety defect exists in a group of 

vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign.  However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems 

between you, your dealer, or (DEMCO).
