Operation notice.
a. Stop immediately when there is abnormal sounds and vibration during operation.
b. Pressure exists in the pipeline and container during operation, and don’t loosen the pipeline or embolism and
open unnecessary valves.
c. If the oil on the oil level indicator is invisible during long-term operation and the indicating lamp powers on
because of too low oil level, stop the compressor at once. After stopping for ten minutes, watch the oil level and if not
enough, add lubricating oil when there exists pressure in the inner system.
d. When condensate water exists in the cooler and cyclone separator, we should discharge it at fixed time every
day or install an automatic water discharger, if not, water can be brought to the system.
e. During operation, check the meter to record voltage, electric current, air pressure, exhaust temperature, oil
level and so on every two hours as the reference for the future examination.

Disposal methods for long-term stopping.
When it is long-term stopping, please carefully refer to the following disposal methods, especially in
high-humidity seasons or districts.
A. Stopping for over 3 weeks.
a. Well wrap up the electric devices (for example, the motor control plate) in plastic paper or oil paper to avoid
the moisture entering.
b. Totally discharge the water in the oil cooler and after-cooler.
c. First remove any failures in favor of the future usage.
d. Discharge the condensate water in the oil tank, oil cooler and after cooler after several days later.
B. Stopping for over 2 months.
Besides the above procedures, the following disposals are necessary:
a. Close all openings to avoid moisture and dust entering.
b. Well wrap up the safety valve and control plate in oil paper or similar paper to avoid rusting.
c. Renew the lubricating oil before stopping and operate the machine for 30 minutes, and discharge the
condensate water in the oil tank and oil cooler after two or three days later.
d. Totally discharge cooling water.
e. Store the machine in a dry place with little dust as far as possible.
C. Restart procedure
a. Remove the plastic paper or oil paper on the machine.
b. Measure the motor insulation and make sure it is over 1M
Ω.
c. Other procedures please refer to the stated test run steps.
Remarks: A. Compressor operators can independently work after relative trainings.
B. Compressors should have been charged and maintained by specially-assigned person and have
operation and maintenance records.
