Check the belt after the new machine operating 30hours for the first time, if appearing too loose phenomenon, it
should be adjusted immediately and then regulated again every 1500 hours.
a. As the picture shows, add the load on the belt to measure its deformation by a tension meter and spring
balancer. If the deformation is within standard value, it is safe and not necessary to do adjustment, and if the
deformation over the standard value, it is necessary to adjust the belt tension.
b. When adjusting the belt tension, slightly loose the four set screws of the motor and then regulate the belt
tension by side adjusting screws and after measuring by tension meter, tighten the motor set screws.
c. When it is necessary to alter belts, all belts should be replaced tighter and please don’t just replace one belt, or
the tension will be imbalance.
d. When do adjusting and replacing belts, please note that don’t make the lubricating oil splash on the belt or
pulley.
e. After adjustment, the motor wheel and air end wheel must be on the same straight line, if not, the belt will be
easy to be damaged and produce abnormal sounds.

A. System pressure adjustment
a. Pressure adjustment is operated by the keyboard on the microcomputer controller. It shows two pressure points
(pressure point value can be set by keyboard): one is unload pressure (i.e. pressure upper limit), and when pressure
rise to the value, it will unload to lower pressure.
b. The other pressure point is upload pressure (i.e. pressure lower limit). After unloading and when the system
pressure lowers to the value, the machine will upload automatically and make the pressure rising.
c. With the range of highest pressure value allowed by machine design, the two pressure points can be adjusted
according to the on-site usage conditions.
