數碼影院環繞繫統(DTS)數碼環繞

數碼影院環繞繫統(簡稱 DTS)是由數碼影院繫統發展而來的多聲道數碼信號格式。
DTS  提供與杜比數碼相同的“5.1”聲道播放(前左,前右和中置,環左,環右),如同立體聲兩聲道模式。不同
聲道的信號完全獨立,消除了由於信號,對白等干擾而引起的音質下降。
DTS 的比特率與杜比數碼相比較高(對 CD,LD 而言為 1234kbps,對 DVD 而言為 1536kbps),因此具有相對較
低的壓縮比。因此數據大,在電影院進行 DTS 播放時,一個獨立的 CD-ROM 會和電影同步播放。
LD,DVD 無需其它碟片,圖像和聲音可以同時錄制在一張磁碟上。因此,磁碟能和其它格式的碟片同樣操作。
也有用 DTS 錄制的音樂 CD。這些 CD 包含有 5.1 聲道的環繞信號(與現時 CD 的兩聲道相比)。不包含圖像數
據,但在裝有數碼輸出(需要 PCM  型數碼輸出)的 CD  播放機上可產生環繞效果。DTS  環繞播放能使您在自己
的視聽室中感受到在影院中聽到的復雜而又宏大的聲音。

DTS 兼容的媒介及播放模式

DTS 的兼容標志:

以下為通常的例子。同時請參閱播放機的操作說明書。

1 DTS 信號如同 PCM 信號一樣錄制在 CD 和 LD 上。因此,未解碼的信號從 CD 或 LD 播放機的模擬輸出

端輸出時會產生“嘶嘶”的噪音。若此噪音通過正處大音量位置的功放,會對揚聲器造成損害。為避免發
生此情況,請在播放前請確認輸入模式已切換至“自動(AUTO)”或“DTS”。同時在播放中切勿以 DTS  錄
制的 CD 或 LD 輸入模式切換至“模擬(ANALOG)”或“PCM”。在 DVD 播放機或 LD / DVD 兼容機上播放
CD,LD 時也保持同樣操作。對於 DVD 而言,DTS 信號以一種特殊方式錄制,不會產生此類問題。

2 CD 或 LD 播放機的數碼輸出端提供的信號可能會經過一些內部信號處理器(輸出電平調整,取樣頻率切換

等),在此情況下,DTS  編碼信號可能會處理錯誤,此時,AVR-1705  無法對其進行解碼,或隻能產生噪
音。在初次播放 DTS 信號前,把主音量關至較低的電平,且開始播放 DTS 碟片,然後在提高主音量前請
檢查 AVR-1705 上 DTS 指示燈是否亮起。(參閱第 54 頁)。

3 播放 DTS 的 DVD 要求 DVD 播放機帶有 DTS 兼容的數碼輸出。DTS 數碼輸出標記會印在兼容的 DVD 播

放機前面板上。近期天龍 DVD 播放機型號備有 DTS 兼容數碼輸出,參閱播放機本身的操作指南,進行數
碼輸出且以 DTS 模式播放 DTS 編碼的 DVD。

DTS-ES 擴展環繞

DTS-ES 擴展環繞是數碼影院繫統公司開發的新型多聲道數碼信號格式。對傳統的 DTS 數碼環繞格式有很強的兼
容性,更多的擴展環繞信號增進了 DTS-ES 擴展環繞的 360 度環繞和空間效果。1999 年以來該模式被運用於專
業的電影院。
除 5.1  環繞聲道(前左,前右,中置,環繞左,環繞右和低頻音效)外,DTS-ES  擴展環繞對 6.1  聲道的環繞
播放也提供後置環繞(有時也指“中置環繞”)。如下所示,DTS-ES  擴展環繞包括兩種帶不同錄音方式環繞信號
的信號模式。

離散 6.1

DTS-ES 離散 6.1 是最新的錄音格式。使用數碼離散繫統可使所有 6.1 聲道(包括後置環繞聲道)被單獨錄
制。該格式的主要特征是由於環繞左,環繞右和後置環繞聲道完全獨立,因此可以十分自由地設計聲音並且可
以在 360 度全方位環繞聽眾的後置音效中體會一種音場在自由移動的感覺。
雖然隻有用 DTS-ES  解碼器播放以該繫統錄制的音軌時纔能達到最好的效果,但用傳統的 DTS  解碼器播放時
後置環繞聲道信號也可自動混合為環繞左和環繞右,因此不會失去任何信號元素。

矩陣 6.1

使用該格式,附加後置環繞聲道信號經過矩陣編碼,被輸入到前述的環繞左和環繞右聲道中。播放時他們被解
碼至環繞左,環繞右和後置環繞聲道中。使用 DTS  開發的高精度數碼矩陣解碼器可與用編碼器錄音時的效果
完全匹配,因此產生的環繞音效比傳統的 5.1 或 6.1 聲道繫統更忠實地重現創作音樂時的設計意圖。
此外,比特流格式與傳統的 DTS 信號 100% 兼容,因此即使是 5.1 聲道的信號源也能達到矩陣 6.1 格式的
效果。當然也可用 DTS 5.1 聲道解碼器播放 DTS-ES 矩陣 6.1 編碼的音源。

當用 DTS-ES 解碼器對用 DTS-ES 離散 6.1 或矩陣 6.1 編碼的音源進行解碼時,會自動探測解碼格式並選擇最
佳的播放模式。然而,部分矩陣 6.1 音源可能被探測為使用了 5.1 聲道格式,因此播放這些音源時必須手動設
置為 DTS-ES 矩陣 6.1 模式。
