Surround Playback of Multi-channel Sources
(Dolby Digital, DTS, etc.)
In the case of standard playback of multi channel sources, the AVR-
990 recognizes the format of the multi-channel audio input signal
and automatically operates the appropriate decoder for surround
sound.
