5.1 Check & Clean process

Click on the menu item
"General documents" and then open the "Care,
cleaning and disinfection agents" document.
If you do not have any access to the Internet, you should contact your
dental dealer to order the list.
WARNING
Risk of contamination!
Make sure that there are no objects in the chamber, on the lids or on
the adapters.

Check the O-ring on the water tank
Frequency: Weekly or every 50 cycles (whichever comes first).

The DAC Universal is switched on and is in the Check & Clean
process menu.

Go to the next Check & Clean option by pressing the "
Next Check &
Clean step" function key.

Or go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the
"
Navigate to next step" function key.

Check the O-ring on the seal underneath the water tank.

Replace the O-ring if it is defective.
WARNING
Risk of contamination!
If the O-rings are damaged or are missing, the reprocessing cycle
cannot be guaranteed. Cross-contamination may occur.

Assemble / fill and insert the water tank
Frequency: Weekly or every 50 cycles (whichever comes first).
NOTE
Remove the water tank from the DAC Universal before filling it up.
This prevents water from spilling into the inside of the DAC Universal
housing.

The DAC Universal is switched on and is in the Check & Clean
process menu.
ü
Demineralized / distilled water (water conductivity < 3.0 µS/cm) is
available.
ü
The water tank is on an even surface.
