Output information of the printer
The process data are sent to the printer immediately during the process.
All the data of the previous cycle are saved internally in the DAC
Universal.
Output information of the Blue lid:
The following information is output via the printer:
● Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
● Time (24h) (HH:MM:SS)
● Serial number of the DAC Universal
● Process Software
● C&C 50 status (Due / OK)
● C&C 200 status (Due / OK)
● Service status
● Cycle
● Lid type
● Lid serial
● Program
For each phase the time [Time:] and the result [Res:] "OK" or "FAIL" are
printed. The phases are:
● Lid detected
● External flush
● Leakage test
● Internal cleaning
● Lubrication
● External cleaning
● External rinse
● Heating
● Back-flush
● Start holding time
● Maximum: °C / bar
● Minimum: °C / bar
● Duration (mm-ss)
The rest of the phases and the result “OK” or “FAIL” are printed. The
phases are:
● End holding time
● Cooling
● Process end
● Confirmation
● Cycle end
