What if the tool is locked
Description
Solution
The tool is in
Standby mode
.
Press the trigger to wake up the tool.
The tool is in
Deep sleep mode
.
Unplug and plug the battery pack.
The battery pack is discharged.
Change the battery pack.
The battery pack is too low.
Check the battery pack level with
XPB Config
to prevent the tool to start when battery pack level too low

The tool counter is reached.

Red LED behaviour
Cause
Solution
2 red flashing lights
Overcurrent
The LED switches off when overcurrent
is not detected anymore.
3 red flashing lights
Motor stall
The tool has been blocked during the
drilling cycle. The drilling cycle has
been aborted.
Remove the tool and start another
drilling cycle.
4 red flashing lights
Temperature
Let the tool cool down.
4 red flashing lights and blue LED on
Maintenance - Tool counter reached
Send the tool to plant maintenance.
5 red flashing lights
Battery pack
Change the battery pack.
Lights flashing indefinitely
Configuration error or hardware failure
Contact your Desoutter representative.
