. If there is no entry matching your search, the list of entries is dis-
played. Select the desired entry.
Select
Delete

Edit
. To edit the telephone book entry, simply overwrite the
current details. Proceed exactly as described in the section entitled
Creating a New
Telephone Book Entry
starting on page 96.
5.2.9 MenuCard “Hotel”
This MenuCard is only available to you if you have installed the OpenHotel
program package on the communications system and your telephone is the
reception telephone. You will find more information in the user guide “Open-
Hotel”.
5.2.10 MenuCard “Voicebox”
You can use this MenuCard to edit new and existing voicebox messages and to
edit voicebox settings.

: You see the list of messages received and can edit it. Use
Play
to listen to your messages,
Delete
to delete selected messages, or
Dial
to
call back. You can also use the number keys
“4”
(rewind),
“5”
(pause) and
“6”
(fast
forward) to control message playback.
You can add the entry to a
Phone book
or an existing entry. Please see
