Accessing and Editing Messages
Using OpenVoice
out a message LED is signalled
acoustically. You hear a special dial-
ling tone instead of the normal dial-
ling tone when you lift the handset.
The arrival of voicebox messages on
ISDN telephones
is supported on
the OpenCom 100 by the service fea-
ture called MWI (“Message Waiting
Indication”). The LED on a standard-
ised ISDN telephone will start flash-
ing when a new voicebox message
arrives.

Press the Info key

. You will see a list of
incoming messages. New mes-
sages which have not been lis-
tened to yet are marked with a
“+”; the most recent messages
are at the top of the list.
2. Select a message and press
.
3. You now have the following op-
tions:
Play
lets you listen to the mes-
sage.
Select
Delete
to delete the
message.
Select
Dial
to call back the
caller.
Infos
displays the caller’s tele-
phone number and/or user
name as well as the time and
date of the message.

1. Press the
Menu
softkey.
2. Select the item
Voicebox
and
and confirm your choice with
the
OK
softkey. You will see a list
of incoming messages; the most
recent messages are at the top
of the list.
3. Select a message and confirm
your choice with the
OK
softkey.
4. You now have the following op-
tions:
Play
