the MSN or the system’s
direct-inward-dialling number
on which
external
callers can
reach you.
You will hear the welcoming text
for people who call your voice-
box.

The “Voicebox” Menu Card
After a voicebox has been config-
ured for a OpenCom 100 user, the
Main menu
is expanded on the sys-
tem telephone assigned to this box.
The new
Voicebox
menu will help
you work with
OpenVoice
. The
menu contains the following items:
Voicebox mess.
: This contains a
list of incoming messages which you
can edit: use
Play
to listen to mes-
sages,
Delete
to delete them, or
Dial
to call back the caller. In addi-
tion, you can control the playback of
a particular message via the number
keys

(rewind),
5
( pause) and
6
(fast forward).
Infos
displays the caller’s tele-
phone number and/or user name as
well as the time and date of the mes-
sage.
