Removing / attaching the belt clip
•
To remove the belt clip from the device,
press the belt clip (B) in the direction of
antenna while pulling it in the lug of the
clip. (A).
•
If you want to re-attach the belt clip, a click
indicates that the belt clip is snapped into
its place.
Inserting the battery pack
•
Remove the belt clip.
•
Open the latch tab (C) and push off the cover of
battery compartment.
•
Insert the rechargeable battery pack.
Observe the specified polarities while inserting. Make
sure that the metal contact lies above the battery
pack (D) to establish a contact for battery
compartment cover.
•
Mount the battery compartment cover and the belt
clip.
Charging battery
After installing the battery pack, you can easily set the device for charging on the charging
station.
•
Place the charging station on a flat surface.
•
Insert the end of provided mains adapter in the wall
socket and the other end in the port on the back
side of the charging station.
•
Adjust the walkie-talkie as illustrated in the charging station.
•
The charging LED lights up if the device is
inserted correctly and is being charged.
It takes around 8 to 10 hours to fully charge the
battery pack.
Do not bypass the rechargeable batteries or throw them in fire. Remove
the rechargeable battery when the device is not used.
