Over temperature

Device is too hot.
Check/reduce ambient temperature, allow device to
cool down.
Deep discharge protection
+
Battery discharged, deep discharge
protection has been activated.
Charge the battery immediately.
Battery operation is possible again above 25%
capacity.
Error number
e.g.
Internal machine fault.
An error number (e.g. E02) appears in
the display.
Contact authorized service center.
The device cannot be switched on. The battery has entered a state of deep
discharge as it has been stored for too
long without being charged.
Charge the battery now.
Battery operation is possible again above 25%
capacity.
If charging is no longer possible, contact authorized
service center.
Control panel defective.
Contact authorized service center.
Battery is not charged:
Device is connected to the charger,
charger is connected to the mains
Device is too hot.
Check/reduce ambient temperature, allow battery to
cool down.
No welding current.
Device switched on, indicator for
the selected welding process is lit.
Break in the welding cable connection.
Check the plug connections.
Poor or no earth.
Establish a connection to the workpiece.
There is a break in the power cable in the
welding torch or electrode holder
Replace welding torch or electrode holder.
