This Quadraport is designed to be used with air compressors having a regulated air

Features (Fig. 1)
HANG HOLES
Hang holes (A) allow the Quadraport to be mounted at the work site.
AIR INLET
The air inlet (B) attaches the Quadraport to air hose and air compressor.
UNIVERSAL QUICK-CONNECT COUPLERS
Universal quick-connect coupler (C, H) accepts the three most popular styles of quick-
connect plugs: Industrial, automotive, and ARO. One hand push-to-connect operation
makes connections simple and easy.
FEET
Feet (D) allow the Quadraport to rest on a flat surface.
REGULATOR
The regulator (F) controls the air pressure shown on the outlet pressure gauge. Turn
regulator knob clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease pres-
sure.
OUTLET PRESSURE GAUGE
The outlet pressure gauge (G) indicates the air pressure available at regulated universal
quick-connect couplers (H). This pressure is controlled by the regulator.
ASSEMBLY (Fig. 1)
The Quadraport allows remote air regulation closer to the work area.
WARNING:
Risk of bursting. Can cause serious injury or death. Maximum 200 psi inlet
air pressure. Never operate tools or accessories above marked maximum pressure.
WARNING:
Risk of unsafe operation. Reduce air pressure to 60 psi maximum in
air compressor tank before removing or connecting Quadraport to air compressor or
connecting accessory hoses to unregulated universal quick-connect couplers (C).
WARNING:
Risk of unsafe operation. Reduce air pressure by adjusting regulator (F)
to 60 psi maximum before removing or connecting air hoses to the regulated universal
quick-connect couplers (H). Regulator was factory set at 20–40 psi.
WARNING:
Risk of unsafe operation. Firmly grasp hose in hand when installing or
disconnecting to prevent hose whip.
WARNING:
Risk of unsafe operation. Do not use damaged or worn accessories.
1. Reduce air pressure in air compressor tank to 60 psi.
2. Attach air hose with 3/8" quick-connect coupler to air compressor air outlet.
3. Attach air hose to air inlet (B).
NOTE for model D55040 ONLY:
This Quadraport is equipped with a standard
3/8" air inlet (B) for optimum air flow. For use with a 1/4" air hose the 3/8" air inlet
fitting must be replaced with a 1/4" NPT fitting. All fittings must be installed with a
minimum of six full turns. Failure to do could result in air leaks.
4. The Quadraport can be brought closer to the work site and placed on feet (D) and
carry handle (E) or it can be temporarily mounted using the hang holes (A).
5. Attach hoses and accessories to Quadraport.
6. Adjust regulator at air compressor to desired setting, see air compressor instruction
manual.
IMPORTANT:
The available air pressure at the unregulated universal quick-connect
couplers (C) is regulated by the air compressor regulator. Inlet air pressure
MUST
NOT
exceed 200 psi.
7. Adjust regulator (F) to desired setting. See

IMPORTANT:
The available air pressure at the regulated universal quick-connect
couplers (H) is adjusted by regulator (F).
