Expansion Slots
Mini PCIe Slot
The Mini PCIe socket is used to install a Mini PCIe card. The system is equipped with a full-
size Mini PCIe slot (PCIe/USB signals) and a half-size Mini PCIe (mSATA/USB signals) slot.
Supporting both USB and mSATA signals, the half-size Mini PCIe slot can be used to expand
the system’s storage capacity or provide mobile communication capability.
PCI Express x16 Slot/PCI Express x4 Slot
Install a PCIe x16 or x4 expansion card such as network cards that comply with the PCI Ex-
press specifications into this slot.
ECX Slot
The ECX interface
is used to install an ECX card for I/O expansion via a proprietary daughter
board. The system is pre-installed with the XCT3-1G card.
