Flame-Freezer Heat Sink
The system board uses the heatpipe technology. Heatpipe is an extremely
high thermal conductor that can dissipate heat effectively. Aside from the
heatpipe on the board, the provided Flame-Freezer heatsink provides
additional cooling to the entire system. Due to space restrictions, the heat
dissipating effect of a heatsink mounted directly at the place where the
heat is produced (such as heat produced by the Nor thbridge) is
sometimes limited.
To overcome this problem, we recommend installing the Flame-Freezer
heatsink. The heatpipe will transport heat generated by the chipsets or
CPU to the Flame-Freezer; then by means of the airflow from the CPU
fan and system fan, heat can be carried away and disspated effectively.
The photo below shows the heatpipe assembly on the system board.

You can install the Flame-Freezer heatsink either inside the chassis or at
the external rear side of the chassis - both of which provide effective
cooling to the entire system.
