MAINTENANCE
Service Schedule
The service schedule is based primarily on the standard operating time of the machine. The
frequency of the maintenance tasks can be increased based on the working environments of the
machine. Refer to the individual manufacturers manuals for additional maintenance requirements.

Visually inspect saw for damage and repair as necessary

Wipe down and clean all components for dust, debris, and slurry

Check that all safety guards are in place and in good operating
condition

Inspect the skid plate for damages and clean, repair, or replace as
necessary.

Check for loose or frayed wiring. Repair/replace as necessary

Check for loose nuts and bolts and retighten

Check engine oil level

Lubricate blade shaft bearings (End of work day)

Inspect all belts for tension or wear and re-tension or replace as
