The so-called MIL 38999 / HE-2000 reference connectors and
bulkheads on fanout are to be assembled in the best possible way
and stored as reference patchcords.
IReference connectors on the exit side of the fanout, mentioned
in point 1) are to be assembled as 0.1 dB. This way the
attenuation caused by the above mentioned will be reduced to the
minimum.
