Where can I find HD Radio stations?
HD radio stations are all across the country and
all you need is this HD Radio receiver to enjoy it.
Approximately 1,500 HD Radio stations broad-
cast HD Radio programming nationwide. There
are over 2,500 channels of music, including
multicast stations featuring your favorite local
news, sports and music programs. To find out
which stations broadcast in HD in your area, visit
www.hdradio.com
What is Multicasting?
HD Radio technology enables an FM broadcaster
to offer more than one program stream on its
existing frequency. Simultaneously, one station can
offer several audio channels as well as program
associated text information. Stations may transmit
one channel of music and one of news, or even two
different music programs. Be prepared to experi-
ence new music and news formats, showcases by
young artists and local bands, or even foreign
language programs.
What can I do to improve reception of distant
radio stations?
Try to reposition the antenna, or for better reception
you may purchase an optional amplified or roof top
antenna.
