Control panel
Refers to the front area of the automated teller
machine where the operator transactions take
place.
Journal printer TP29
The journal printer TP29 is a compact and modu-
lar built-in printer with thermal printing unit.
Upper Unit
Describes the upper part of the deposit/payment
components (recycling module, cash media dis-
penser).
Reject/retract box
Depending on the configuration used, notes that
are damaged or have not been removed by the
customer during a cash-out procedure can be
stored in the reject/retract box.
Statement Printer TP20
System
Designates the automated teller machine as a
complete unit. The system consists of a safe and
the head area.
System door
Designation for the door that enables access to
the system or to the components.
T/SOP
The T/SOP or product-specific software supports
you in activities that are necessary for operating
the system, determining the system status (sta-
tus query), and avoiding incidents through main-
tenance activities. This functionality can be used
parallel to normal operation without interrupting
the running application. This ensures a high level
of system availability.
TP27 Receipt Printer
The receipt printer TP27 (thermal printer) is a
modular printer with a thermal printing unit, inte-
grated paper cutter and a presenter for variable
receipt length.
Lower Unit
Describes the lower part of the deposit/payment
components (recycling module, cash media dis-
penser).
UPS
The UPS provides an uninterruptible power sup-
ply for the system if the mains power supply fails
or is switched off.
