The height of the push

you wanting it to.
The spring pins are not correctly
engaged.
Lock the spring pins at the correct
height, making sure that they audibly
click into place and noticeably
protrude from the holes.
The spring pins are defective.
Consult an authorised specialist
retailer.
The quad cane is not
resting on the floor/
ground with all four feet.
The walking surface is not level.
Only use the quad cane on a firm,
level walking surface that is free of
course dirt.
A stone or some other small object has
got stuck in the rubber pads.
Remove all dirt and foreign materials
from the rubber pads.
The frame is bent.
Consult an authorised specialist
retailer.
The rubber pads are not securely
connected to the frame or are
damaged.
The push handle wobbles
even though the spring
pins are engaged.
The push handle is warped.
