Digi ConnectTank Troubleshooting
This section provides a number of resources for troubleshooting your device and assessing the status of the
device and its connections. You will also find links to additional information for getting answers at
Digi ConnectTank Troubleshooting Resources
The Digi ConnectTank includes the following buttons that enable you to troubleshoot the device:
•
Factory Default button:
This button reloads the factory default configuration into the product. This
will over-write all the previous customer configurations. This built-in recovery mechanism enables you to
restore your device to the original functionality.

Reset button:
The hard reset button wakes up the product if the device does not respond to timed
wake-up, the
Wake-up
button or use of the wake-up magnet. Upon hard reset, the device boots up and
then enters sleep mode. You will need to wake up the device either by pressing the
Wake-up
button or
using the magnet.
