Congratulations for choosing Digicom Pocket GPRS Micro QB.
Pocket GPRS Micro QB is a GSM Quad Band modem (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz) perfect for DATA and SMS applications.
It has been designed to operate on any digital GSM network both directly
and in roaming. Pocket GPRS Micro QB is GSM Class 4 (900Mhz) and
Class 1 (1800 Mhz) compliant. The Quad Band functionality depends on the
network. Please refer to your GSM provider for the availability of the service.
Attention: In factory configuration AT commands are
managed at 9600bit/s only. Before going on with your
settings, you must set your terminal emulator
(i.e. HyperTerminal) or your application as follows:
9600,8,N,1 then you can modify the interface speed with
the values included between 1200 and 115200bit/s with
the AT+IPR command.

Insert the SIM card into Pocket GPRS Micro QB.
•
Connect the serial port of your Pocket GPRS Micro QB to the PC. In factory configuration AT commands are managed at
9600bit/s only.

Connect the GSM antenna.
•
Turn on Pocket GPRS Micro QB. See “Power supply” paragraph.
