Periodic Check Points
To keep your GLC unit in its best condition, inspect the following points periodi-
cally.
GLC Operation Environment
• Is the operating temperature within the allowable range (0
°
C to 50
°
C)?
• Is the operating humidity within the specified range (10%RH to 90%RH, dry
bulb temperature of 39
°
C or less)?
• Is the operating atmosphere free of corrosive gasses?
Electrical Specifications
• Is the input voltage (DC 19.2V to DC 28.8V) appropriate?
Related Items
• Are all power cords and cables connected properly? Have any become loose?
• Are all mounting brackets holding the unit securely?
• Are there many scratches or traces of dirt on the installation gasket?
3. Attach the new gasket to the GLC. Be
sure to insert the gasket into the GLC
unit’s groove so that the gasket’s
groove sides are vertical.
4. Check if the gasket is attached to the
GLC correctly.
•
If the water-resistant gasket is not properly inserted into the groove,
the gasket’s moisture resistance may not be equivalent to IP65f.
•
When the water-resistant gasket is properly installed, approximately
2.0 mm [0.08 in.] of it will extend outside the groove. Before mount-
ing the GLC to the panel, be sure to confirm that the gasket is cor-
rectly installed.
