Connecting the printer to an AC outlet
If you have an optional paper feeder unit
If you have installed the optional paper feeder unit, you can connect the printer to
an AC outlet as follows:

:
1.
Plug the short AC power cord attached to the paper feeder unit into the power
receptacle on the printer body.
2.
Plug the supplied power cord into the power receptacle on the paper feeder unit.
To prevent damage to the optional paper feeder unit, make sure the optional
feeder AC cable is connected to the printer’s AC power receptacle before
connecting the power cable to an AC outlet.
3.
Connect the other end of the power cord to an AC outlet.
