Never connect the printer to the same power outlet as industrial equipment
since the printer will be subject to variations that are higher than those toler-
ated and with a greater degree of electromagnetic interference.
Always connect the printer to a grounded power outlet.
Locating the Printer
The printer must be used on a flat, steady surface. Keep it away from ventila-
tors, radiators and direct sunlight.
These instructions are particularly important for ink-jet printers.
Environmental Conditions
The environmental conditions of the area in which the printer will permanently
reside must comply with the indications defined in the AB quality objectives
(normal office environment). When using the printer, avoid variations in
temperature that could cause condensation.
