The twisted-pair (TP) link
is down, signaled by the
green LED being off on

Turbo TP/Turbo PLUS

pair cable is connected
and correctly attached
to the HUB. A straight-
through or cross-over
type of cable may be
required.
The system is on,
but the network
does not start. The
LED is off.
The network cables
are loose or terminated
