Troubleshooting
D-Light Box is not responding (I cannot view my photos on
D-Light Box screen) when it is connected to the computer.
•
When D-Light Box is connected to the computer, you will
not see any photos displayed on the D-Light Box screen and
all the buttons on the device will be disabled. Disconnect
D-Light Box from the computer to view your photos on the
D-Light Box screen.
My D-Light Box froze and would not respond.
•
In the case that D-Light Box encounters an error and
freezes, you can reset it by press the Reset Button, located
at the sidewall next to the Video Out jack at the bottom of
the device.
I cannot access the inserted SD card and MS card on my
D-Light Box at the same time.
•
Only 1 card between SD and MS, can be accessed at the
same time. This is because SD and MS share a common data
line.

D-Light Box is not recognized by my computer.
•
Make sure your D-Light Box is powered on.
•
Make sure that the Main USB connector is properly
connected to your computer and the Mini USB connector is
properly connected to D-Light Box.
•
Try plugging in the AC power adapter to D-Light Box in case
that the D-Light Box does not have enough battery power
and power from the USB port.
•
Try different USB ports. If you are using a desktop computer,
we recommend the USB ports on the back of the computer
as they are more stable.
•
Try a different USB cable. The USB cable might have
malfunctioned.
•
Reset D-Light Box and try again.
•
If the above does not help, restart your computer and try
again.
•
Also, check to see if there is a drive conflict between
any network drives or other devices connected to your
computer and your D-Light Box.
