Washing the product
●
Remove any commercially available accessories, such as a
phone cover, case, and strap. For information about handling
the accessories, read the instructions that come with them.

To wash the product, only use the household hand soaps
(

P. 44) used in our testing. Do not use any other hand soap
(including industrial ones) soap, bar soap, detergents, bath
powders, shampoos, rinses, body soaps, facial cleansers,
makeup removers, or toothpastes. If any of these materials
gets on the product, wash it off immediately.

Do not mix different types of hand soaps.
●
Do not apply concentrated hand soap directly to the product.
If concentrated hand soap gets on the product, wash it off
immediately.

Do not spray the product with high-pressure water or
submerge it in water for extended periods of time, as the
product is not designed to withstand high water pressure.
●
Make sure that the earphone microphone terminal cover,
external connection terminal cover, and card slot cover are
firmly closed, and then wash the product with your hands. Do
not use a brush or sponge.
●
Do not wash the product in a washing machine, ultrasonic
bath, or dishwasher.
●
To prevent scratches while washing the product, remove
accessories, such as watches, rings, and artificial nails.
●
Do not wash the product if it is cold or hot, as sudden
changes in temperature may allow water into the product.
Wash the product when it is at room temperature (about
25
℃
).

Turn the product off.

Wash your hands, dry the hands, and then
put some liquid hand soap on the palm of
your hand, add water, and then make the
soap lather. Then take the product and wash
it well by rubbing its front and back with
equal frequency.
