Heater Assembly Replacement
Tools Required:
Philips head screwdriver
WARNING:
Disconnect power before attempting any
maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock or damage
to persons.

NOTE:
Ensure that all of the components that
contain water have been emptied before performing any
maintenance.
1. Remove the 10 screws that attach the heater assembly
to the support plate (Figure 8).
1. Remove the 4 screws securing the heater support plate
to the unit (Figure 8).
2. Gently drop the support plate and heating assembly
down to access the heating assembly and wire
connections, being careful not to strain any of the
connections.
3. Disconnect the wiring connections noting their original
locations.
4. Install the new heater assembly to the support plate.
5. Reattach the wire connections.
6. Reinstall the heater assembly and support plate.
