Site Selection and
Preparation
This section provides instructions
for selecting a location and
preparing the site to install the
ireplace into your Dimplex mantel
surround.

CAUTION:
Clearance for
air circulation beneath the
ireplace is provided by two
(2) spacers.
Do not install
ireplace directly on carpet
or similar surfaces which
may restrict air circulation
.
If installing the ireplace in a
carpeted area, place a one-
piece, solid lat surface under
the ireplace. Ensure that
all feet rest securely on this
surface.

NOTE:
The dimensions of
the ireplace with the trim are
27 inch (695 mm) wide x
23 ½ inch (596 mm) high x
8 3/4 inch (222 mm) deep.
