Dimplex will in its sole 

discretion either repair or replace such 

defective surrounds (mantels) and

or part thereof without charge. If 

Dimplex is unable to repair or replace 

such product or part, or if repair or re

ble or cannot be timely made, Dimplex 

may, in lieu of repair or replacement, 

choose to refund the purchase price 

for such product or part. The purchaser 

shall not be entitled to on-site or in-

house services. The purchaser is re

sponsible for all expenses incurred for

or part including, without limitation, all 

shipping costs and transportation costs 

to and from the authorized dealer’s or
