Matches the phone numbers with the first digit as 1, the second
digit as 3, 5 or 8, the left nine digits as any of 0 to 9.
Note:
The matching of number prefix also supports some digits that do not conform
to the format of regular expression. For example, 0755 matches the numbers starting
with 0755, and 0755|8899|0110 matches the numbers starting with 0755, 8899 or
0110.

Time
interface, users can set a time period for calls to choose
routes. If the local time when a call is initiated falls into the set time period, the call
will be passed to choose the corresponding route.
