SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
•
Regular maintenance is required for keeping the machine safe and efficient.
•
Carefully follow the operating instructions as well as the daily maintenance
guidelines.
•
Replace worn parts, as these may increase the vibration emission.
1.
Remove the machine cover (6) and the
piston rod/tool-holder according to
the daily maintenance instruction.
2.
Slide the tool SGX-102 (11) onto the
tool-holder, see Fig. H.
3.
Squeeze the tool SGX-100 (12) and put
it inside the tool-holder. Make sure
that the tool grips the guide bushing
(13), see Fig. I.
4.
Make sure that the 2 screws are
aligned with the plastic knobs on the
tool-holder, see Fig. I.
To release the guide bushing (13) from
the outer sleeve of the tool-holder:
Tighten both screws all the way to the
bottom by means of a 2.5 mm Allen-
key.
5.
Pull the guide bushing (13) out of the
tool-holder, see Fig. J.
6.
Remove the old lubricating felt (14).
7.
Install the replacement lubricating
felt (make sure that it is drenched in
lubricating oil).
8.
Squeeze the replacement
guide bushing (13) and press it
approximately 5 mm into the tool-
holder. The knobs should be pointing
inwards and towards the machine
housing, see Fig. K.
9.
Push the bushing all the way to the
bottom of the tool-holder using the
tool SGX-101 (15), see Fig. L.
