Writing is incontinuous(can
write partially )

Touch area is less
than the required
area or penpoint is
too thin
Replace the penpoint or use a pen with a bigger
penpoint area to write.
The infrared bar is
blocked
Check if there is any blockage blocking the infrared
bar.
Strong light source/IR
signal interference
Remove IR signal interference or change a place with
no interference
Writing is not available
Drawing color is too
similar or exactly the
same as the
background color
Write with another drawing color
Hands or other
objects are on the
screen when you are
writing
It is better to write with pens as much as possible.
Hold the pen far enough away from the penpoint.
The angle between Pen and Screen needs to be more
than 60 degree(Keep the sleeve and wrist not too
close to the screen)
