Directions for Use

The Panacea Recliner Overlay is intended to be used on the seat of a resident’s
recliner chair or reclining wheelchair.

•

CAUTION: Do not use razor blades to cut packaging away from recliner overlay.

•

CAUTION: Do not remove any tag from the recliner overlay. Removal of tag(s)

will void the warranty.

1. Inspect the recliner overlay for shipping damage. If the recliner overlay is

damaged, DO NOT USE RECLINER OVERLAY and immediately contact
Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings for further instruction.

2. Verify the proper recliner overlay model and size was shipped. If you feel there

was a mistake, DO NOT USE RECLINER OVERLAY and immediately contact
Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings.

3. After verifying you’ve received the correct product without damage, properly

discard all shipping materials.

4. Place the recliner overlay on the recliner chair or reclining wheelchair.

5. Feed the recliner overlay’s strap around the back of the recliner chair or

reclining wheelchair.

6. Connect the buckle.

7. Ensure the strap is pulling the recliner overlay snug against the surface of the

recliner chair or reclining wheelchair.
