Only use this product for its intended purpose. For safety, please read these user instructions carefully.
•
Make sure to store this product outside the reach of small children.
•
Small children should only use this product under the supervision of a guardian.
•
Do not leave the main unit or lens plates in direct sunlight. Lenses can focus the sun’s rays and melt the main unit
or create a fire hazard.
•
Do not attempt to view the sun through the lenses. There is a risk this will cause damage to your eyes.
•
This product has small parts that can cause choking. Take care to avoid the accidental swallowing of such parts.
•
Take care to avoid water getting onto the main unit or battery box, which can cause the product to malfunction.
•
This product is not waterproof. Take appropriate care to avoid spillage when examining liquids.
•
Do not disassemble this product. Disassembly can cause the product to malfunction.
•
This product uses 2 AAA alkaline batteries. Improper battery use can result in battery overheating, rupture,
and leakage.
Please note the following:
•
Rechargeable batteries cannot be used as they provide insufficient voltage.
•
Ensure batteries are inserted in the c/- (plus/minus) orientation.
•
Should fluid leaked from a battery enter your eye, immediately rinse the eye with plenty of water and
consult a doctor.
•
If fluid leaked from a battery comes into contact with your skin or clothing, immediately wash the area.
•
Remove the batteries when the product is not in use for an extended period of time. Also, do not use a mixture of
new and used batteries.
